Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

Everything sold on GlobalGameHouse is digital. We do not ship physical products, and there are no shipping charges.

2. Coins

Coins are added to your wallet automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment — usually within seconds. You can see them on the Wallet page.

If your payment succeeded but the coins have not appeared within 30 minutes, contact support@globalgamehouse.com with your payment ID and we will fix it or refund you.

3. Games

When you unlock a game, it appears instantly in My Games and can be played in your browser right away.

4. Developer accounts

Developer accounts are activated immediately after the joining fee payment is confirmed.
