1. Who we are

GlobalGameHouse (globalgamehouse.com) is operated by MAYUR MAGDUM, Sole Proprietorship , JUNE MAL BHAG, KAVATHEGULAND, MAHARASHTRA, 416105 ("GGH", "we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who uses the site as a player. Developers who publish games also accept the Developer Terms.

2. Your account

You need an account to buy coins and unlock games. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

You must be 18 or older, or use GGH with the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases.

One person may not use another person's account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, commit payment fraud, or misuse the service.

3. GGH Coins

GGH Coins are a digital currency used only inside GGH to unlock games. Coin pack prices are shown on the Wallet page in INR or USD before you pay. 100 coins are valued at US$1 for developer earnings.

Coins have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred, or gifted to other users, and they are never used for betting, wagering, or prize games.

Coins do not expire while your account is open. If your account is closed for breaking these terms, or at your request, unspent coins are forfeited.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details.

4. Unlocking and playing games

Unlocking a game is a one-time purchase: you spend the coin price once and can play that game for as long as it is available on GGH and your account is open. You are never charged twice for the same game.

Games are made by independent developers. Each developer is responsible for their game's content. We review games before they go live, but we do not guarantee that every game is free of bugs or works on every device.

We may remove a game that breaks our rules or the law. If a game you unlocked is removed or stops working, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Games run in your browser from a separate, secured server. Do not try to copy, extract, resell, or bypass access controls on any game.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use GGH to break the law, harass people, upload harmful code, attack or overload our systems, create accounts in bulk, or use stolen payment methods.

Do not use bots or automation to interact with the store, payments, or games, except where we allow it.

6. Intellectual property

The GGH name, logo, site design, and software belong to us. Games belong to their developers. Unlocking a game gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to play it on GGH — not ownership of the game.

7. Liability

GGH is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and secure, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for important changes, tell you on the site or by email. Using GGH after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in KOLHAPUR have jurisdiction. Please contact us first — most problems can be solved quickly.
